Amphibious vehicles
Vans and craft that drive in and swim out
We build vehicles that travel the road with ordinary papers and the water with an outboard. A van for twelve passengers, an aluminium rescue craft with its own wheels, trailers a fifteen-year-old may drive. Every build goes on the water before handover.
How we do it
The base is a production chassis, most often a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 4×4. We widen it, seal the pass-throughs, add displacement bodies filled with closed-cell foam and a marine drive. Leaving the water means engaging the front drive with one button.
Steering, brakes and exhaust are re-approved, so the vehicle meets road regulations and is seaworthy at the same time.
For rescue services
The aluminium Alligator floats in 60 cm (24 in) of water, carries two tonnes afloat and turns into a 33 m (108 ft) emergency ferry with its two winches. On the road it travels on its own as a 3.5 t trailer. The 2025 generation lands a three-tonne helicopter.
Where it came from
We started in 2017 with the Enjoy Sprinter prototype, built to prove the watertight pass-throughs. Solar catamarans, amphibious trailers and the conversion of an American amphibious bus followed. Today the focus is on vans and rescue craft.
